When you come to volunteer, you will be asked to sign a Waiver of Liability and Photographic Release, as follows:-
WAIVER OF LIABILITY: Mesa Harmony Garden (MHG) is a non-profit foundation organized and existing under the laws of the State of California. By putting your name to this form you acknowledge the risks that could arise from participating in the activities of MHG and assume for yourself and on behalf of anyone for whom you are responsible any and all risks of injury harm or loss arising directly or indirectly as a result of your involvement with those activities holding MHG harmless and discharging MHG from any liability or claim to the fullest extent permitted by the laws of California. This release and waiver of liability applies equally to MHG and each of its directors officers employees and agents.
Photographic Release: I grant and convey to MHG all right title and interests in any and all photographs images video or audio recordings of me/us or my/our likeness(es) or voice(s) made in connection with MHG.
